We left Chareloi at
7.30 am. We took a train to Waterloo. In Waterloo we took a bus to the
battlefield. We visited the Panorama and then we climbed the Lion Mound (226 steps). We also
watched two films about the Battle of Waterloo. Then we ate at a nearby restaurant.
After eating we
decided to walk to station (2 or 3 kms) but we took a bus when we didn`t want
to walk any more. The weather was nice: the sun was shining
and it was warm.
We took a train to
Brussels Noord and then we took a metro to the airport. We had a lot freetime at
